Cozy Adventures

This trip affirmed that we love going on adventures, not just for the adventures themselves, but for the experience of them with each other.  Something as simple as a casual drive around the island was as exhilarating as swimming in the pool of a roaring waterfall– just because we were treading the same path (and in many situations on this trip, waters) together.

While our Babymoon and all our other trips around the globe have been incredible, no worldly trip can compare to the physical and emotional journey that a baby has brought upon us.  Not too long from now, our babygirl will arrive and change our world completely. At 30 weeks pregnant and only 10 weeks away from the baby’s due date, I’m starting to feel some pressure creep in. Can people ever be 100% “ready” for a kid? I don’t think so.

So this post is coming from a place of gratitude, mild anxiety (if that’s even a thing), and some nostalgia. Moving forward, I just want to make it a point to enjoy and relish every moment we spend together as Cozy, whether we’re jumping off waterfalls or just watching Netflix at home. These are sacred moments that I am so grateful for.
