Week 33 and it’s Super Bowl weekend!
Okay ya caught me… Baby isn’t REALLY the size of a football, but more like the size of celery. It’s hard to believe something so large is growing inside my stomach.
We’ve been taking child birth ed classes and they’ve been ROCKING MY WORLD and making me feel so empowered as a woman 💪🏼 It’s incredible what a woman’s mind and body are capable of and as a person of faith, I can’t help but trace physiology back to how God’s design of us was made with such intricate purpose (and a whole lot of TLC). There’s a lot of fear surrounding childbirth in America, and much of that fear arises from little knowledge, misinformation, and a black hole called THE INTERNET. So, lots to say about this! More to come maybe in a later post…

Cravings: I probably shouldn’t even write about this category because my cravings are seriously nonexistent! “What are you craving?” is the second most common question I get asked (after “How are you feeling?”) nowadays, and I feel so much pressure to say something really cool or really weird! Anywho, I’ve moved on from Ten Ren’s green milk tea to 85 Degree’s sea salt green milk tea. It’s my current guilty pleasure.
A Lil Cozy Update: Conoon’s been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy too 😂 He’s been more emotional and gets up in the middle of the night to pee, which he never used to do and I find really silly. He’s been super supportive through all my highs and lows, and is making me pancakes rn so I’m like 😍 while writing this in bed. Ahh marriage.
February Goals:
- Meditate for 5 minutes before going to bed.
- Do 40 kegels and pelvic rocks every day.
- Hydrate!!!
